Reservation Policy
Please, read carefully before making a reservation:
- Since we have confirmed availability for your preferred dates of stay and in order to complete your reservation at Villa Despina Green Suites, it is necessary that you provide a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay by making a deposit to our bank account. For further details please, contact us.
- The remaining balance is to be paid immediately upon arrival at Villa Despina Green Suites.
- Check-out time is until 11:00 in the morning and check-in time is at 16:00 afternoon.
- In case you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in law.
Cancellation Policy
Early Booking Offer
This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to 45 days before arrival.
- 45 or more days before arrival: no penalty
- 44 – 01 day before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- Νo show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount
The amount is 100% refundable at any given time for cancellation due the COVID-19 reasons below:
- Closed borders due to official government decision.
